start all vmwares with a delay

i have  esxi 4.1.0 testing machine with lot's of vmwares (150+)

after a crash or power failure, i can't start all 150 vmwares at once, otherwise my Esxi machine will HANG. I can still ping the machine, but no SSH and the keyboard attached to the ESXI does not respond.

Is it possible to automatically let all machines start but with a 20 second break between them, so the the ESXi won't hang??
