It is a HP Proliant ML 310e Gen8 server.

from two disks created RAID-1 and installation can see the RAID ok.

Used VMware-VMvisor-Installer-5.5.0-1331820.x86_64.iso for installation.

MD5 and SHA-1 hash are OK.

Installed from a bootable USB stick.

Installation went well without errors.

Upon first boot to Esxi only prompt boot: and after pressing enter

“no DEFAULT or UI” on boot

message and again the prompt boot:

Anyone has run into this yet ??
