vCenter Server 6.7.0 U3h where to download ?

Hi,

I would like migrate VC for windows 6.5 9451637 to newest possible VCSA 6.7 - I have found at Download section only vCenter Server 6.7.0 U3g.

But in VMware Knowledge Base I have found that there should be also version vCenter Server 6.7.0 U3h, which is newest.

Also https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2143838 is showing that U3h is newest - where can I download that ISO ?
