Upgrade to v6.5 - Firewall rules for vCLI and PowerCLI repos

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

I understand that vCLI and ActivePerl on Windows need access to NuGet-based repositories the likes of "ppm install XML-LibXML" can work - any idea what firewall rules I need for that purpose? I need to explicitly request that rules are setup and ports opened for any destination in our environment unfortunately.

Also same is valid for PowerCLI on Windows: "Install-Module -Name VMware.PowerCLI" would need outbound firewall access rules - any idea what those are?
