Snapshot back to 6u1 from 6u3a then upgrade to 6.5?

vSphere server is on windows and is at 6u3a. The ESXi servers are at 6u3. I ugraded the vSphere server from 6u1. Using SQL server 2012.

I saved the snapshot from the vSphere upgrade. Could I roll back to that snapshot then upgrade to 6.5?
