Impact of a FEX-FLEX ADAPTER on vsphere

Hi everybody,

I'm on the wrong community I think but can't find a good one sorry.

I have some Vsphere 5.5 installed on HP blades proliant bl460c servers. I will put B22 Cisco switches in the HP chassis replacing the HP switches. With that switch and servers, I can have a specific network card called HPE FlexFabric 10Gb 2-port 554FLB Adapter.

This adapter has 2 physical ports, and every port can offer several logical NICs.

But How would this work on a Vsphere? I've read some papers about the VM-FEX Cisco replacing the vSwitch. But will this HP adapter replace a vSwitch?

I've called HP or VMware but nobody could help me.
