vSphere 6.0 Update 1B

So having some trouble trying to upgrade one of my vCenter's from 6.0 Update 1A to 1B. I have three different networks, two of them when running the autorun as administrator and clicking install, it detects the older version of 1A and lets me know that is will be  upgrading it to 1B build number 3XXXXX and upgrades perfectly fine.

Now on the last upgrade to 1B I do the same, launch the autorun as admin and clicking install like the other two...it doesn't detect my 1A install and acts like a setup for a  new vCenter instance....i tried looking on google for some support but couldn't mind much. Any help would be great.

They are all running on Physical HP DL's on x64 Server 2012R2, separate hard disk for the install not on the system drive. All three are setup exactly the same way and this is the only one that doesn't detect the 1A install. vCenter on this machine is running fine, no errors, web client runs, vi client, update manager...no issues. Rather not reinstall. Any help would be great. Thanks!
