Remove previously created vSphere 6 PSC SSO site name

Version 6 u1 Single Sign On (PSC)

Hello.  I initially tried to install and join an external PSC to our main PSC and the msi installer crashed during the install some where.  I was able to remove the erroneous install of the PSC.  I then tried again to join the external PSC to our other PSC to enable Enhanced Linked Mode but I can't use the site name because it is still there from the bad install.

How do I remove the site name so I can use the original site name and have only two sites?
