Error to upgrade ESXi 5.5 to 6 U1 with update manager

Hello,

i try to upgrade my ESXi Server from 5.5 to 6 with update Manager.
I get this error:

The host can't reconnect.

A manually update works fine.

Why can't i upgrade the host with update Manager?
