I tried install ESXi 5.5 U2 to MacPro 6,1, the new Mac Pro, but failed at choosing storage devices because the list is empty.
It can't find any local storage devices. However the new Mac Pro, 6,1 is in the compatible list.
How to solve this? Any suggestion will be appreciated!
I use vmware-vmvisor-installer-5.5.0.update02-2068190.x86_64.iso, boot with usb disk.
A little tip: the installation can not recoganize wired keyboard. Fortunately, bluetooth keyboard work.

Download the most recent patch: esxi550-201412001.zip. Do exactly the article said. It works.
